Hi there! I’m Sage, a bookkeeping professional serving small businesses across the United States. I have my Bookkeeper Business Launch Certification as well as my QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification. I also have a Bachelor’s of Arts in Ecopsychology and a background in permaculture and sustainable systems. 

A little bit more about myself,
I live in Northern California and feel grateful to call this place my home. I am a lover of nature – and enjoy the beaches, mountains, rivers, and forests. I love hiking, snowboarding, and surfing (but don’t get your hopes up, I am quite a beginner). I also love gardening, cooking, and of course – eating. But nothing makes me happier than being a mama to my amazing son and spending time playing and laughing with him and my family. And making sure to have enough time to be with my son is what inspired me to start my own business.

I have always been good at math, and I love keeping things clean and organized. When a friend planted the seed of bookkeeping with me – I knew right away that bookkeeping was the perfect fit for my strengths, talents, and interests. I love the satisfaction of keeping day to day transactions perfect. I actually love number crunching, understanding how systems work, and solving problems related to the books. 

The people in my life are very important to me – and that includes all of the business owners who partner with Blue Kettle Bookkeeping. I hold great value in honesty, integrity, and communication. And I will go the extra mile to make sure that my clients are thriving.

And as a mom, I more than ever understand the value of time. We all have businesses, and we all have families. And I don’t want any of my clients to not have enough time for their family because they are stuck taking care of their bookkeeping. Not only do I want your business to succeed, I also want you personally to live the life you have always wanted and to have the time you need to be with everything that matters most to you. Because in the end, family and loved ones are what fill our lives with joy.
